iPhone and iPad POS Apps in Indonesia Compared (2026): Prices, Free Plans, Privacy

We compared seven POS apps available on the Indonesian App Store as of 29 October 2026: Moka POS, majoo, Kasir Pintar, Kasir Warung, POS Salesmaster, Loyverse POS, and KasirPOS. In short: if you need several branches and an online dashboard, look at majoo, Moka, or Loyverse. If you run one shop and want to start for free on an iPhone or iPad, compare the free versions of Kasir Pintar, Kasir Warung, Loyverse, and KasirPOS, then check their limits.

App prices and features change over time. That is why every figure in this article comes from a source you can open yourself, listed at the end.

How we compared

KasirPOS is made by our team, so we have a stake in this. To keep it fair, the comparison only uses data anyone can check:

• Each app's Indonesian App Store page: supported devices, the list of in-app purchases, the privacy label, and the date of the latest update.
• The maker's official pricing page, where there is one.
• Google Play, to check whether there is an Android version.

The six apps other than KasirPOS were chosen because they are popular on the Indonesian App Store, going by their number of ratings (hundreds to more than a thousand). We couldn't find Pawoon or Qasir on the Indonesian App Store when we searched, so they are not included. We also point out where other apps are a better fit than KasirPOS.

Comparison table of iPhone and iPad POS apps

Data as of 29 October 2026. "Privacy label" is the strictest category on the App Store label the developer fills in: Data Linked to You, Data Not Linked to You, or Data Not Collected. The App Store page notes that this information has not been verified by Apple.

This table doesn't rank the apps. An app that suits a café with three branches can be too expensive for a single warung (a small neighborhood shop), and the other way around.

App by app

Moka POS

Moka is a subscription POS from the GoTo group, with an online back office, real-time reports, and support for hardware such as receipt printers, kitchen printers, and barcode scanners. Its plans are Basic at Rp 299.000, Pro at Rp 499.000, and Enterprise at Rp 799.000 per outlet per month.

What Apple users should know: on the Indonesian App Store, Moka POS is available for iPad only, and its latest version (28.7.0) came out on 6 February 2023. The Android version on Google Play is still there. If you want to use Moka on an iPad, ask Moka first whether the iPad version is still supported.

majoo

majoo is a subscription business app for the register, stock, and outlet management, with a web dashboard. There is no permanent free plan, but there is a free trial. The Starter plan is Rp 249.000 per outlet per month (up to three outlets), Advance is Rp 499.000, and Prime is Rp 999.000, with a minimum subscription of 12 months.

For one outlet, the cheapest plan comes to Rp 249.000 × 12 = Rp 2.988.000 per year. Weigh that against your monthly profit, not your sales. The iPhone and iPad app was last updated on 15 April 2026.

Kasir Pintar

Kasir Pintar has a free version to get started. Transactions are unlimited, but only the 1,000 newest records are shown, products are capped at 1,000, there is one user, and receipts carry a watermark. Kasir Pintar PRO at Rp 666.000 per year (VAT included) raises the limit to 10,000 products and up to 5 staff accounts. Some features are only for users of the business plugin, sold separately or in a bundle.

Kasir Pintar is available on Android, iPhone, iPad, and desktop, with a separate dashboard app. It has an offline mode that sends transactions to the server once the connection is back, and you can sign in with an Apple ID or Google account.

Kasir Warung

Kasir Warung is made by an independent developer and has more than 1,200 ratings on the Indonesian App Store. Its features include products and variants, stock, receipt printing over Bluetooth, orders, and receivables. Its App Store label is "Data Not Collected", the same as KasirPOS.

PRO features cost Rp 59.000 per month, Rp 349.000 per 6 months, or Rp 599.000 per year. The App Store page doesn't say which features are free and which are PRO, so try the features you need before paying. We couldn't find an Android version from the same developer on Google Play.

POS Salesmaster

POS Salesmaster can record sales without internet and sync the data to its server once you're back online, so your data stays when you change devices. There is a free plan. The paid plans, Pro at Rp 49.000, Bronze at Rp 69.000, and Silver at Rp 99.000 per month (or Rp 499.000, Rp 699.000, and Rp 999.000 per year), add features and higher usage limits. The exact limits are only explained inside the app.

It has kitchen slips for pay-later orders, and receipts can be sent to customers as a link. The app uses an account, and its privacy label lists data linked to you, including location and contact info.

Loyverse POS

Loyverse is free for its core features: the register, sales analytics for the last 31 days, essential inventory, a loyalty program, a customer display, a kitchen display, and multi-store management. The paid parts are add-ons: unlimited sales history at US$9 per month per store, employee management at US$5 per month per employee, and advanced inventory at US$25 per month per store, before tax. Each add-on has a 14-day free trial.

Loyverse is available in Indonesian, works offline, and has an Android version and a dashboard app. On iPhone and iPad, mind the printer: Loyverse recommends specific models, mostly Star and Epson, for Bluetooth and USB on iOS. A cheap Bluetooth thermal printer may not work, so check its list of supported printers before you buy.

KasirPOS

KasirPOS is our app. Every feature is free with no in-app purchases, no account is needed, data stays on the device with the "Data Not Collected" label, and the app works offline. Its features include a debt book, profit and loss and cash flow reports, recipes with ingredients, cup labels, and kitchen tickets. You should know its drawbacks too. KasirPOS is only for iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, there is no Android or web version, there is no online dashboard, and one app runs one shop. It also only launched on the App Store in October 2026, so it doesn't have many ratings yet.

Choose by what your business needs

• Several branches, monitored from home. majoo, Moka, and Loyverse have online dashboards and multi-outlet management. Loyverse is the easiest to start with because multi-store management is in its free version. majoo and Moka charge per outlet.
• Cashiers on a mix of Android phones and iPhones. Pick one that runs on both: Kasir Pintar, majoo, Moka, or Loyverse.
• One shop, free, on an iPhone or iPad. Compare the free versions of Kasir Pintar (1,000 products and one user), Kasir Warung, Loyverse, and KasirPOS. Try a sale, a printed receipt, and a customer debt in each before entering all your products.
• You don't want your business data on the app maker's server. On the App Store, Kasir Warung and KasirPOS are both labeled Data Not Collected. Make sure you have a backup you control yourself; for KasirPOS, see backing up POS data on iPhone.
• A coffee shop or small café. Check for cup labels, kitchen tickets, and recipes with ingredients. KasirPOS has all three, Moka supports kitchen printers, Loyverse has a kitchen display, and POS Salesmaster has kitchen slips. The KasirPOS details are in the café POS app article.
