KasirPOS Privacy Policy

KasirPOS: POS and Inventory ("the app") is made by PT Pemrogram Kode Indonesia. This policy explains what data the app processes and where that data is stored.
Data we collect
We don't collect any data. The app has no user accounts, servers, analytics, or ads.
Data you store in the app
The shop data you enter (products, transactions, customers, stock, expenses, settings, product photos, and logo) is stored on your device. Automatic backups are stored in the app's folder, which you can see in the Files app. Manual backup files are only sent to places you choose yourself.
From version 1.1, if you turn on iCloud Sync, your shop data is also stored in the private iCloud database of your Apple ID so it stays the same on your iPhone and iPad. That data is managed by Apple and we can't access it. Sync stays off until you turn it on.
The sales widget (version 1.1) only shows figures if you turn it on in the app. The figures are stored on the device for the widget to read and aren't sent anywhere.
Device permissions
- Camera: only for scanning product barcodes. Camera images aren't stored or sent.
- Bluetooth: only for connecting to the receipt printer and cash drawer.
- Face ID / Touch ID: only for unlocking the app and recovering the owner PIN. Biometric data is managed by iOS and can't be read by the app.
- Photos: only when you pick a product photo or logo, or save a receipt image.
- Notifications (version 1.1): only for low stock reminders that you turn on yourself. The reminder content is created on the device.
Sharing
The app only shares data when you tap a share button (for example to send a receipt or catalog to WhatsApp) or the Chat with Support on WhatsApp button. The data is sent to the app you choose and is subject to that app's privacy policy.
Children
The app is intended for business owners and is not specifically directed at children.
Deleting data
You can delete all data in More › Backup & Restore › Delete All Data, or by deleting the app.
This website
The kasirpos.swift.id website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or ads, and doesn't load scripts from third parties. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes page requests (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
